PSA: Don't Fly Blimps During Storms
In Coral Springs, FL the Goodyear blimp crashed. The pilots were fine but they took out a utility pole on the way down cutting power to 1400 homes.Seems like a combo of wind, rain, and lightning aren't good flying conditions for a gas-filled balloon.
