BBQ: Pork or Beef?
Which do you prefer? Keith likes beef and thinks pork is weird. I think pork is the way to go.
What about sauce? SC sauce is mustard-based. NC sauce is vinegar-based. I prefer sweet/spicy ketchup-based.
The dry rub ribs in Memphis though were awesome!
