What We Expect
Can't sleep again so I'm up looking at the latest hurricane predictions. There is some good news this early morning and that is Hurricane Frances is now a category 3 hurricane. That's great news. But it's moving slow and will take a day to get across Florida (kinda like some Florida drivers I've seen!).
