Hurricane Frances: A Retrospective

Hurricane Frances hit Florida on Saturday, September 4, 2004, just 22 days after Charley. The storm came ashore near Vero Beach with 105 mph winds and as a category 2 hurricane.
Frances moved so much slower. It took 3 days to get out of here. Since I had liveblogged Hurricane Charley I decided to do the same for Frances. Come relive Hurricane Frances as I saw it.
